Construction Coordinator
This month-to-month assignment is designed for experienced construction leaders. The role will include:
- Assess projects for teams coming to make repairs
- Communication with teams to prepare them for the work they will be doing
- Arrange for all materials to be available for the work to be completed
- Work with local building inspectors to ensure compliance
A monthly stipend and reimbursement for related expenses are both available for this role.

Community Engagement Coordinator
Ideally serving in a longer-term assignment (3-6 months), this role will focus on welcoming volunteer teams and engaging with community stakeholders.
- Engage with homeowners to communicate status of repair requests, assess other needs
- Develop a relationship with local community partners and list of assets related to work there
- Communication with teams to prepare them for their time in the community
- Provide orientation to teams when they arrive
- Arrange meals for volunteer teams and lead support volunteers who prepare meals
- Provide local coordination during summer Impact Mission Camp weeks
